Yunatskevich Peter Ivanovich conducted the session intellectually of the club of the institute of morals on September 1, 2010.


Basic speaker at the session of the intellectual club of the institute of morals was professor Chigirev Victor Anatolevich, which noted that the change of the motivational paradigm is the basic problem of the day of knowledge:


“Today in the life of the majority of people there is no prospect.


Before the young people there are no hundred roads.


They systematically substitute professionals by rapid managers.  These leaders do not have fundamental knowledge, but they possess adroitness and unique view on the money.


Everyone wants to become not cosmonaut, but by financial magnates!  A similar change of motivation places under a question all conversations about the importance and useful nesses of knowledge.



When the entire world goes to the society of knowledge, Russia goes to the opposite side. Here the knowledge not of what stands, are sold only the documents, which indirectly testify about the presence of some knowledge.    In that situation, which was formed in Russia, the knowledge, obtained in the educational process, only aggravates negative experiences and sufferings of citizens.


The educated citizen ever more distinctly understands, that he proved to be on the social curb, with which to him no longer judged to be selected.   “Valuable formation mutilates man”, if it only did not purchase formation. Therefore in this situation the purchase of diplomas - best output to avoid the sufferings of knowledge.  Toward this is directed entire paid system of formation in Russia.


Professor Spitsdaned, father of Russian systemology, added:


“In this situation citizens evaluate the personal prospects for higher than the prospects for society.  But this altogether only illusion. Personal prospects cannot be higher than the prospects for the country.   Specifically, the absence of knowledge interferes the adequate estimation of situation. Russia in 20 years rolled away far back according to the intellectual indices.


Without the war according to many cultural indices we see monstrous regress. For this very reason authority poses the problem of modernization, i.e.,  to make Russia more contemporary.   But in the situation of the absence of fundamental knowledge modernization is not possible ".


Deputy Babich Helen expressed the following opinion:


“Contemporary authority avoids responsibility, using any occasion. So that it would not occur, were guilty the external circumstances:

- the arrived from the West financial crisis;

- it is unknown from where the undertaken heat;

- fires, etc


They copy everything on the difficulty of transition period. However, but where we arrived. Certain feudal lord- capitalism is built on the ruins of the USSR.   Contemporary barbarians wonderfully master technical innovations.


The values of these barbarians are directly opposite to the base values of democracy. Instead of the collaboration and the equality of rights - barbarous competition and violence.

Especially this type of values predominates in the contemporary young people, which was freed from the chimera of conscience and morals.


The operating times of our scientists from the institute of morals (Yunatskevich Peter Ivanovich and Chigireva of Victor Anatolevicha) allow at the technological level independently of the individual desires to change barbarous social orientation ".



Academician Leonid Mayboroda added:


“Actually in the country flourishes instead of the cult of knowledge the cult of violence. Validity in the police and the law court cannot be found. Russian state, obligated to restrain violence, constantly it is achieved, treating selectively legislative standards.  Place in the social hierarchy is determined by the possibility to lawfully create violence.

Any colleague of the police in the social hierarchy by an order higher than any scientist.   Here as in the barbarous state, not knowledge determines role and place in the social hierarchy, but personal devotion.


The low moral qualities are encouraged: study to please to chief, treachery, etc  In the country, in the essence, is built developed of kriminalizm, hostile to the very spirit of knowledge and modernization ".



Summed up the appearances of intellectual club Peter Yunatskevich:


“To naively think that in the prevailing situation that ruling of pseudo-ehlite will change system. Any changes immediately place its existence and material position under the threat. Therefore with the aid of the means of the social manipulations of the fifth technological structure - contemporary of the media change decorations, but not the essence of system.  The active imitation of positive changes is accomplished.

It seems that the complete haze began. But this is not so. We succeeded in developing the technologies, which relate to the developments of the sixth technological structure, and to conduct their approval.    Most likely, tomorrow will change precisely they, the high humanitarian and social technologies of the sixth technological structure.


Specifically, the immense successes in the region of the  technologies of the fifth structure push the developments of the sixth structure, whose basis compose the anti-manipulation moral approaches, proposed by professor Chigirev.


I propose to continue our discussion to this theme at the current session of intellectual club.   We propose to all interested persons to be joined to our discussion.


20 ноября 2009 года Совет глав правительств государств-участников СНГ (от России – Владимир Владимирович Путин) утвердил План взаимодействия государств-участников СНГ по расширению применения дистанционных образовательных технологий на период до 2012 года (далее – План).  Цель Плана – развитие национальных систем дистанционного обучения и их интеграция в рамках единого (общего) образовательного пространства Содружества Независимых Государств.
